Discover
To unlock the full value of RB de Costa Rica’s customer data, we initiated the project with a deep dive into their existing analytics ecosystem. This included an audit of available data sources—ranging from sales transactions and loyalty programs to CRM entries and campaign performance metrics.
We collaborated with marketing and sales stakeholders to understand their current pain points and unmet needs around segmentation, targeting, and campaign personalization. Our team also conducted a data maturity assessment to identify gaps in accessibility, quality, and structure.
This discovery process revealed a strong foundation of raw data but a lack of actionable insights. With those findings, we defined a clear vision for a unified platform—one that would not only centralize data, but also elevate decision-making through predictive and behavioral analytics.

Develop
Building on the insights uncovered during discovery, we architected InsightIQ—a centralized business intelligence platform tailored to RB de Costa Rica’s data strategy. Our team designed and implemented robust data pipelines to unify information from disparate sources into a clean, analytics-ready format.
We developed AI-powered modules for customer segmentation and product recommendation, leveraging clustering algorithms and predictive modeling to uncover behavioral patterns.
